Talbot Woods is a premier subdivision located in Arundel, Maine. Upon completion in late 2006, this subdivision will contain a total of twenty-one homes. Used as a model subdivision by the Town of Arundel, Phase I included twelve homes. Phase II will have a total of nine homes when completed. The custom-built homes in Talbot Woods range in style and size. All homes within this development are designed and built to the homeowner’s specifications. The homes are strategically placed to maximize the lot use and provide character to the development.
